Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Explain domestic and international tour packages to customers.
Follow up with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the operations team for bookings.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
Passion for sales and customer service.
Freshers are welcome.
