We are looking for a passionate and experienced \3D Faculty\ to train and mentor students in industry-standard 3D design, modeling, animation, and rendering tools. The ideal candidate should have robust production knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for shaping future creative professionals.
Experience Required
\Minimum 3+ years of industry experience\* in the 3D Animation / Gaming / VFX / Architectural Visualization field.
\Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience\* in a reputed training institute or educational organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions on 3D production.
* Train students in industry-standard software and workflows.
* Guide students in creating portfolio-quality projects.
* Conduct assessments, assignments, and project reviews.
* Mentor students for internships, placements, and career development.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
* Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training quality.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of \Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max / Blender\*.
Positive understanding of \Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering, Rigging, and Animation\*.
Knowledge of rendering engines such as \Arnold, V-Ray, or Redshift\* is an added advantage.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to motivate and mentor students.
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
