Urgent Hiring | AVP – Client Services (Professional Services)

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience: 20–25 Years

Domain: SaaS | Hospitality | Airlines | Travel | Tourism

CTC: ₹70–80 LPA

Key Requirements:

20+ years of overall experience

8+ years in Skilled Services & 10+ years in Leadership

Robust SaaS implementation & enterprise client delivery experience

Managed Skilled Services teams, budgets/P&L; & customer escalations

Experience collaborating with Sales, Product & Engineering teams

Bachelor's degree mandatory (PMP/ITIL certification is a plus)

Preferred Background:

AVP/Director/VP – Professional Services

Implementation / Client Delivery / Customer Onboarding Leadership

Enterprise SaaS companies (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Freshworks, Darwinbox, Icertis, Chargebee,



Amadeus, Sabre, Oracle Hospitality, etc.)

Interview Process: 7–8 Rounds (Including 1 Face-to-Face)

Preferred: Chemical Engineering background.

Knowledge of BioWin, Bentley, WAVE, IMS, or similar engineering tools.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental / Process Engineering. Master's Degree is an added advantage.*

Working Days:* Monday to Saturday

Timings: Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay: Up to ₹8,000,000.00 per year
