Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Team Lead – HR Operations
to lead a team of HR Operations Associates, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to SLAs. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in
Workday HCM
,
ServiceNow HRSD
, and HR Shared Services operations, along with proven people management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 8–12 HR Operations Associates/Senior Associates.
Own daily work allocation, queue management, and real-time SLA tracking.
Conduct daily team huddles, weekly 1:1s, and monthly performance reviews.
Act as the first point of escalation for complex ServiceNow HR cases.
Perform first-level quality checks before HR transactions are processed.
Monitor team productivity, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and process standards.




Drive continuous process improvements and support operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a superior employee experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
4–6 years of experience in HR Operations.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
Hands-on Workday HCM experience is mandatory.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD is required.
Experience in HR Shared Services or Global HR Operations is preferred.
