Key Responsibilities
Generate new business prospects through freelancing platforms, online bidding portals, email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project quotations, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
Build and maintain robust relationships with current and existing clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term customers.
Maintain an updated database of leads and client communications.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports to management.




Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to understand IT services and client requirements.
Knowledge of online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, etc.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques using LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).
Experience in IT sales or business development is an advantage.
