Where You Come In

As Vidtech.AI scales its D2C client base across India and the Middle East, we need a high-energy BDR who can own the top of the sales funnel end-to-end identifying the right brand prospects, sparking conversations through sharp cold outreach, and consistently converting those conversations into qualified meetings that our Sales Lead can walk in and close. You’re the engine that keeps our pipeline full.

What You'll Own

You will be the first point of contact for every current brand relationship at Vidtech.AI. Here’s what success looks like in this role:




Build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline for Vidtech.AI by identifying, researching, and prioritising D2C brands in India and the Middle East that are running or scaling performance marketing on Meta, Google, and marketplaces
Execute high-volume cold outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with founders, CMOs, and performance marketing leads at D2C brands — targeting a minimum of 15 qualified conversations per week
Secure discovery meetings for the Sales Lead by crafting compelling, personalised outreach that clearly articulates Vidtech.AI’s value proposition in energetic product ads, feed optimisation, and creative automation
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against a defined ICP (D2C brands spending INR 10L+/month on paid performance channels), ensuring every meeting handed off is sales-ready
Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM, tracking outreach activity, call notes, and lead stage — with weekly reporting to the S
