Current Customer & Export Market Development
Expand the company's presence in international markets.
Acquire new customers and develop long-term partnerships with global buyers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance market share.

Strategic Expansion & Sourcing Operations
Formulate and implement strategic plans for business expansion.
Oversee sourcing operations and develop reliable vendor and supply chain networks.
Ensure cost optimization, quality compliance, and timely delivery of products.

Team Building & Leadership Development
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing and merchandising teams.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.




Develop succession plans and enhance team capabilities through coaching and training.

Product Innovation & Fabric Development
Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to develop innovative products.
Drive fabric research and development in line with customer requirements and market trends.
Introduce current fabric qualities, finishes, and sustainable product solutions to strengthen the product portfolio.

Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and key stakeholders.
Participate in customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to promote the company and expand business opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
