Role & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
Conduct quality inspections for civil works including RCC, Mivan formwork, MSB/conventional construction, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
Review and approve inspection requests, checklists, material submittals, and test reports before execution.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and laboratory teams to ensure timely inspections and quality compliance.
Identify quality deviations, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure.
Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, tested, and approved as per IS codes and project quality requirements.




Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, material test reports, quality logs, and handover documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2 - 8+ years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects.
Hands-on experience in residential high-rise projects using Mivan and MSB/conventional construction methods.
Robust knowledge of IS codes, quality standards, material testing, and QA/QC documentation.
Valuable communication, coordination, and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
