Dragon Age Realtor is a fast-growing real estate company committed to helping customers find the perfect residential and commercial properties. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team and contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and property features.
Understand customer requirements and generate genuine sales inquiries.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent support.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, and email).
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
