Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and result-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for acquiring current recruitment clients. The ideal candidate should identify companies with active hiring requirements that already work with third-party recruitment agencies and onboard them as JobsMato clients.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)Client Acquisition
Identify companies with active hiring requirements across various industries.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, job portals,



databases, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Target organizations currently working with third-party recruitment agencies.
Schedule meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, and Hiring Managers.
Present JobsMato's recruitment services and value proposition.
Convert prospects into long-term recruitment clients.

Business Development
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
Negotiate commercials and close recruitment partnership agreements.
Ensure smooth onboarding of recent clients.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Market Research
Identify high-growth companies with continuous hiring needs.
Track industry hiring trends and competitor activities.
Build a database of potential clients across multiple sectors.
