Role & responsibilities
Oversee Operations: Tactically manage and oversee the entire admissions, ward

coordination, and discharge processes within the hospital depending on which role the

candidate is selected.
Admissions Management: Ensure smooth and effective patient admissions, including

verification of information, documentation, and coordination with relevant department.
Ward Coordination: Discharging duties as ward coordinators to ensure optimal patient

care bed management, and effective utilization resources.
Discharge Planning: Coordinate discharge planning processes, follow-up appointments

and coordinating home care services as needed.
Quality Improvement: Continuously , identify opportunities for process improvement and

implement directions higher management to enhance the overall patient experience and

operational efficiency.
Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare accreditation standards

and hospital policies.
Patient Satisfaction: Foster a patient-centered culture and actively address patient concerns

and feedbacks.




Relationship Building: Collaborate effectively with Doctors, nurses, administrative staff,

and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Emergency Management: Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and

procedures to ensure effective response during critical situations.
Technology Integration: Leverage the required tools to improve efficiency and patient care.
Continuous Learning: Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of

industry best practices and emerging trends.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the hospital's

overall strategic goals related to admissions, ward coordination and discharges.
Emerging Trends: The potential candidate should be energetic to adapt to the changing

trends of the industry and discharge duties as per the discretion of-the Management.
