Roles & Responsibilities
Support branch sales activities and customer acquisition initiatives.
Generate leads through market visits and field activities.
Promote Muthoot Finance products and services to prospective customers.
Assist customers in understanding various financial products offered by the company.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and referral partners.
Coordinate with branch teams for lead conversion and customer servicing.
Prepare daily activity reports and maintain customer data.

Eligibility Criteria
Final Year Students / Recent Graduates from any stream (B.Com, BMS, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in field sales and customer-facing roles.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital applications will be an added advantage.
