About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Billing & Cashier Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are eager to build a career in retail and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing transactions, cash management, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Generate customer bills accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Receive payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.
Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Issue invoices, receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve billing-related queries.
Ensure the billing counter is clean, organized, and operational at all times.




Coordinate with store staff to resolve billing discrepancies.
Follow company policies for cash handling and fraud prevention.
Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
Assist with other store operations as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Any Undergraduate Degree (UG) – B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, BCA, or equivalent.
Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with experience in retail, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, or hospitality will have an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Experience with POS billing software is preferred but not mandatory.
