Job Overview:

We are looking for a energetic and responsible HR & Admin Manager who can manage day-to-day office operations along with basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and able to maintain a positive work environment during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding & documentation
Maintain employee records and attendance
Assist in payroll coordination
Address employee queries and basic grievance handling
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees

Admin Responsibilities:
Maintain office discipline and ensure proper floor management
Oversee daily office operations and housekeeping
Manage office supplies, pantry, and vendor coordination
Handle vendor management (negotiation, follow-ups, payments coordination)
Coordinate with cab vendors for employee pick & drop (especially night shift)
Ensure proper functioning of office infrastructure (internet, systems, etc.)




Handle shift management and employee coordination
Organize and execute floor engagement & fun activities

Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years in HR/Admin role
Comfortable working in night shifts (mandatory)
Robust communication and coordination skills
Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of HR processes and admin operations
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
