Senior Executive HR

Position Summary

Asahi India Glass Ltd. is looking for a agile and proactive Senior Executive HR to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, talent management, industrial relations, statutory compliance, administration, and vendor management. The role requires ensuring smooth HR processes while supporting organizational growth and maintaining employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Monitor manpower requirements against approved manpower plans.
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning.
Source, screen, and recruit trainees and permanent employees.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined TAT.
Maintain recruitment trackers and recruitment MIS.
Induction & Onboarding
Conduct induction programs for all recent employees.
Complete joining formalities and documentation.
Coordinate with departments for smooth onboarding.




Ensure positive employee joining experience.
HR Operations
Handle employee transfers, relocations, confirmations, and separations.
Issue employment-related letters such as salary certificates, address proofs, experience letters, etc.
Resolve employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Talent Management
Support Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives.
Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDP).
Facilitate succession planning and career development programs.
Track mentoring and learning initiatives.
Implement Learning & Knowledge Management systems.
Employee Welfare
Plan and distribute employee welfare items on time.
Process employee loan applications within defined timelines.
Monitor welfare budgets and control expenditure.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
