Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum.
Teach grammar, prose, poetry, writing skills, and comprehension.
Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment papers.
Conduct periodic assessments and maintain academic records.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Participate in staff meetings, PTMs, and school events.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
Support students in co-curricular activities like debates, elocution, and creative writing competitions.
Ensure completion of syllabus within the academic timeline.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in English (B.A. English)
B.Ed. (Mandatory)




Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in middle school preferred

Solid command of English language (spoken & written)
Excellent classroom management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools)
