We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller with a robust background in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate should have worked with a well-known hotel chain or established hospitality brand and possess excellent knowledge of inventory control, food & beverage costing, purchasing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control food, beverage, and operating costs.
Verify purchase invoices, GRNs, and inventory records.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
Analyze cost variances and prepare MIS reports.
Monitor recipe costing, menu costing, and wastage.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Kitchen, and Finance teams.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal controls.
Prepare monthly cost reports and recommend cost-saving measures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Finance, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Cost Controller in a reputed hotel or hospitality establishment.
Experience with well-known hotel brands or established hospitality groups is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of inventory management, food & beverage costing, and hotel operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel ERP/POS systems.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
