Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and related machine shop equipment.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in machines.
Attend machine breakdowns and restore production with minimum downtime.
Carry out routine inspection and maintenance activities as per schedule.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Coordinate with production teams for effective machine availability.

Preferred candidate profile
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance.
Robust knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting.
Experience in maintaining CNC/VMC machine tools.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Ranipet.
