We are looking for an execution-focused
Project Manager
with
10–15 years of experience
in civil construction to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple sites. The role involves planning, site execution, procurement coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery while managing budgets, stakeholders, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and execute projects as per approved timelines and budgets.
Review BOQs, execution schedules, and project milestones.
Coordinate procurement, material availability, and vendor management.
Ensure quality standards through regular site inspections and documentation.
Track project progress, identify risks, and submit periodic MIS reports.
Lead and mentor site engineers while ensuring SOP compliance and cross-functional coordination.
Candidate Profile
10–15 years
of experience in civil construction/site execution.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid knowledge of project planning, BOQs, procurement, budgeting, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
