Roles & Responsibilities
Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions
Resolve to customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
Preferred Skills
Positive verbal skills in Malayalam and Tamil
Quick learners who can understand our business requirements
Qualification – 10thpass /Plus 2/Graduate
Note: Immediate Joiners & freshers are preferred on priority basis
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
