Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced 3D Animation & VFX Faculty to train, mentor, and inspire aspiring artists. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students develop industry-ready creative skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical and industry-oriented training in 3D Animation and Visual Effects (VFX).
Teach industry-standard software including:
Autodesk Maya
Blender




Adobe After Effects
Substance Painter
ZBrush (Preferred)
Other industry-relevant tools
Guide students in:
3D Modeling
Texturing
Lighting
Rigging
Character Animation
Dynamics & Simulations
Compositing
Rendering
Mentor students on live projects, showreel creation, and portfolio development.
Stay updated with the latest industry workflows, technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.
Create an engaging, interactive, and qualified classroom environment.
Support students in developing industry-ready skills and career opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1+ year of teaching or relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of the complete 3D Animation and VFX production pipeline.
Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe After Effects, and other industry-standard software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
