The Data & Insights (D&I;) team transforms data into relevant insights that power EA. We guide strategy and governance, build data and AI solutions, and ensure personalization experimentation and analytics; partner across teams to improve decisions and create more meaningful player experiences.

Responsibilities
You will design large-scale, distributed systems and services with high availability, scalability, and performance requirements.
You will lead the end-to-end development of complex features and systems, from design through deployment and ongoing operation.
You will translate ambiguous product and requirements into explicit technical designs and execution plans.
You will guide us architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs in scalability, reliability, cost, and maintainability.
You will ensure by implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability best practices; participate in on-call rotations.
You will resolve complex production issues across multiple systems and dependencies.
You will establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.Qualifications:
