JOB DESCRIPTION
Review and analyze client requirements, RFQs, RFPs, and other business prospects to determine project scope, feasibility, and submission requirements
Conduct secondary research and market analysis to support prospect assessment, proposal development, and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams to gather input related to project timelines, costing, and operational feasibility
Prepare high-quality proposals, bid responses,



and client presentations tailored to specific business opportunities using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Develop visually engaging documents using charts, infographics, and data visualization techniques to enhance proposal effectiveness
Manage end-to-end proposal submission processes, ensuring timely completion of RFQs, RFPs, and related presales documentation
Maintain and update records of proposals, client requests, RFQs, and RFPs, in CRM systems
Manage and maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, company credentials, and supporting documents for efficient proposal development
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all proposal submissions
REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid analytical and research capabilities with the ability to assess project feasibility and interpret client requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.Robust understanding of market research techniques (primary & secondary research)
