About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Creator Acquisition Executive to help us scale our creator network. This role is focused on discovering, reaching out to, and onboarding digital creators across platforms.
If you have a sharp eye for spotting talent and enjoy quick-paced outreach and conversions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and scout (UGC) creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential creators across categories
Reach out to creators via DMs, emails, and other channels to introduce our network
Pitch the value proposition clearly and drive creator sign-ups
Evaluate creator profiles based on content quality, engagement, and growth potential
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover post sign-up
Track daily outreach, responses, and conversions
What We’re Looking For




Solid communication and pitching skills (written + verbal)
Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem
Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups
Organized and comfortable working with targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of creators onboarded
Outreach → conversion rate
Quality of creators sourced
