Your Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will design, implement, and scale automation frameworks while owning the end-to-end stability of assigned services. You will drive modernization through Cloud, AI, and automation technologies (AI, Python, Power Automate, ServiceNow, AWX), improving efficiency and reliability.

You Will Be Responsible For
Own task lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and no backlog aging
Design and implement automation solutions (AI, Python, Power Automate, ServiceNow, AWX/Ansible)
Lead L2/L3 incident resolution and drive root cause analysis
Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and reliability standards




Manage backlog proactively and resolve stale or misrouted tasks
Coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery

The Experience You Bring
5 8 years in automation with infrastructure and process automation experience
Solid incident management and problem-solving skills (L2/L3 support)
Hands-on experience with Python, ServiceNow, Power Automate, AWX/Ansible
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
Experience with CI/CD, monitoring tools, and system integrations
Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate in high-pressure settings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field
