Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, work, business, and dependent visa options.
Assess client eligibility based on immigration rules and visa requirements.
Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, timelines, and costs.
Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately.
Verify and review documents to ensure completeness and authenticity.
Keep clients informed about the status of their applications.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and embassy guidelines.
Handle client queries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate client records and confidential documentation.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure a smooth application process.
Achieve counselling and visa conversion targets, where applicable.
Resolve client concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Languages:- English , Hindi & Punjabi (Required)

Experience-Minimum 1 year of experience is required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
