We are looking for a proactive individual who can take ownership of our Brand Communications & PR function and help build both Webenor's and our clients' public presence.
Role Overview

This role goes far beyond traditional Public Relations.

You will be responsible for building media relationships, increasing brand visibility, strengthening founder branding, executing communication strategies, supporting client PR initiatives, and creating measurable business impact through strategic brand communication.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, AI-friendly, and capable of independently managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

-Brand & Public Relations




Develop and execute PR strategies for Webenor and client brands.
Draft press releases, media notes, and brand announcements.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, and online publications.
Identify relevant media opportunities and secure quality coverage.

-Founder Branding
Build and manage the founder's personal brand across LinkedIn and other skilled platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars.
Identify speaking opportunities, interviews, podcasts, awards, and collaborations.
Coordinate thought leadership initiatives.

-Client Brand Communications
Create PR calendars for clients.
Coordinate brand announcements.
Manage media outreach.
Track media mentions and prepare monthly PR reports.

-Partnerships & Growth
Identify strategic partnerships.
Coordinate brand collaborations.
Research industry events, conferences, awards, and networking prospects.
Support business developmen
