The Executive – WFM (KEKA Operations) will be responsible for managing daily attendance operations, roster updates, employee attendance validation, KEKA administration, payroll attendance support, and ensuring compliance with company attendance policies. The role requires close coordination with HR, Operations, Payroll, and employees to maintain accurate attendance records and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
KEKA Attendance & Roster Management
Update employee rosters in KEKA as per approved schedules.
Perform manual attendance updates (Present) in KEKA based on Spot Logout Reports.
Update manual attendance (HD) in KEKA based on production login hours.
Maintain attendance for recent joiners until biometric registration is completed (average 5 days from DOJ).
Update Reporting Officer (RO), Department, and Process details in KEKA as per approved requests.
Attendance Validation & Employee Requests
Validate and approve/reject Attendance Regularization (AR) requests based on supporting evidence.
Validate and close attendance-related tickets,
including:
Missed Punch-In/Punch-Out
Attendance discrepancies
Week Off-related issues
Handle approximately 14–15 attendance tickets daily.
Monthly Attendance & Payroll Support
Download and compile monthly attendance data from KEKA.
Prepare the final attendance sheet after validating attendance status and penalty data.
Validate leave balances and update attendance before payroll processing.
Validate Sandwich Policy cases and update attendance accordingly.
Prepare the Salary Hold eligibility list based on the first payroll validation.
Coordinate with Payroll, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate attendance data before payroll closure.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of KEKA HRMS.
Good understanding of attendance management and payroll processes.
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, INDEX-MATCH).
