Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO standards
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
Conduct internal audits and support external audits
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and records
Monitor process quality, inspections, and testing activities
Identify non-conformities and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Coordinate with production, design, and project teams for quality improvements
Handle customer complaints and root cause analysis
Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
Hands-on experience in ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, RCA, CAPA)
Experience in internal & external audits
Solid understanding of documentation and compliance
Preferred Skills:
Experience in manufacturing / control panel / EPC industry
Knowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma – added advantage)
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
