Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions including
RNs, LPNs, Allied, etc.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare specialists.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in
healthcare recruitment
Solid understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a night shift (US hours).
Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment practices.
Experience using ATS and VMS tools.
Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
