Job Title: VFX Faculty / VFX Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced \VFX Faculty\ to train and mentor students in industry-standard Visual Effects production. The ideal candidate should possess strong production knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for developing the next generation of VFX professionals.

Experience Required

\Minimum 3+ years of industry experience\ in the \VFX / Film / Post-Production\* industry.

\Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience\* in a reputed training institute or educational organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions in VFX.

* Train students on industry-standard VFX software and production pipelines.

* Guide students in creating professional showreels and portfolio projects.

* Conduct assignments, assessments, and project reviews.

* Mentor students for internships, placements, and growth opportunities.

* Stay updated with the latest VFX tools, workflows, and industry trends.





* Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the curriculum and training quality.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of \Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro\*.

Positive understanding of \Compositing, Rotoscoping, Matchmoving, Motion Graphics, Green Screen Keying, Camera Tracking, Paint & Cleanup, Color Correction, and VFX Pipeline\*.

Basic knowledge of \3D integration using Autodesk Maya or Blender\* will be an added advantage.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Solid mentoring, problem-solving, and classroom management abilities.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in VFX, Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.

* Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
