About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in building up-to-date web applications. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with the ability to develop scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Design and implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.




Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
Work with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in MERN Stack development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
Basic understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
Knowledge of database design and query optimization.
Understanding of application deployment and hosting concepts.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Redux, Context API, or state management libraries.
Familiarity with TypeScript.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
