What you’ll be doing
Drive the design, configuration and delivery of complex workflow and automation solutions for global customers.
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.
Establish technical standards and review solution designs to ensure consistency and finest practice.
Drive quality through robust testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and continuous process improvement.
Mentor and coach Technical Implementation Specialists while assisting onboarding and capability development.
Act as the technical escalation point, resolving composite implementation challenges across projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools, processes and customer outcomes.
Build reusable documentation, playbooks and knowledge resources that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
