Experience in system design of multi-tenant architectures
Experience in backend micro services and their containerization
Understand how to create, scale and deploy the services
Working knowledge of how web front end communicates with cloud using API like REST
Positive experience in the functionality of API gateway
Understands and implements how cloud orchestration can be done using Kubernetes or any similar technology
Database design knowledge especially multi-tenant data base modelling
Know how of audit services for HIPAA compliance
All the above in health care domain will be value addition
