Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Operations Logistics Support qualified to support our logistics operations and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have excellent Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets skills, working knowledge of Tally, solid coordination abilities, and a keen eye for maintaining accurate records, inventory, and operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Monitor stock movement and support inventory reconciliation activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
Maintain and update MIS reports for inventory and logistics operations.
Coordinate with internal teams for material movement and operational updates.
Support dispatch planning and track deliveries with field teams and transporters.
Maintain store-related documentation and ensure proper record management.
Update and manage operational data using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
Support daily coordination between the Store,



Logistics, Procurement, and Site Teams.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of logistics, inventory, and dispatch activities.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters and warehouses teams to ensure smooth material movement.
Support stock handling, inventory verification, and periodic inventory audits.
Maintain organized digital and physical operational records.
Perform any other operational and coordination tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, data management, and MIS reporting.
Working experience in Tally Prime.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
Robust multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
