We are looking for a commercially driven
Cruise Counsellor
who can go beyond handling enquiries to create value through customized cruise packages, ancillary sales, and robust travel agent relationships within the B2B ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Query Management & Conversions
Manage travel agent enquiries through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Drive conversions through effective communication and solution-oriented selling.

Package Creation & Customisation
Design and promote cruise holiday packages by bundling cruises with flights, hotels, transfers, and experiences.




Create customised itineraries based on client requirements.

Ancillary Sales
Drive ancillary revenue by promoting dining packages, shore excursions, travel insurance, cabin upgrades, and other add-ons.
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue on every booking.

Partnerships & Collaboration
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other partners to develop and promote bundled travel solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Travel Agent Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agent partners.
Support agents through product knowledge, package recommendations, and effective selling strategies.

What We're Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
Experience in selling holiday packages or customised travel solutions.
Exposure to ancillary selling and upselling.
Robust commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportuniti
