Job Summary

Litoust India Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign planning, optimization, conversion tracking, and lead generation. The role requires a data-driven skilled who can maximize campaign performance and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies,



budgets, and creatives to improve ROI.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features, policies, and industry trends.

Required Skills
1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Robust understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Lead Generation campaigns.
Experience with Google Anal
