Finance Analyst Pune · Full time · In office

About the Role The Finance Analyst role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial records, compliance with company policies, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and general ledger accounting.
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations.




Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with company policies.
Assist in maintaining fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Support vendor reconciliations and employee reimbursement processes.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
Support budgeting and forecast preparation.
Track key business metrics and financial KPIs.
Prepare variance analysis reports (Budget vs Actual).
Assist management with data-driven insights and decision support.
Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports.

Requirements
Have 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
