Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solutions within the Communications Cloud, ensuring alignment with B2C telecommunications business objectives.
Architect complex product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting flows using Salesforce OmniStudio.
Design order capture, decomposition, and orchestration flows, managing fallout handling and tracking.
Architect seamless data flow and APIs between Salesforce and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) and external payment gateways.
Lead design workshops, oversee technical delivery teams, and conduct solution/code reviews to maintain architectural integrity and scalability.
Customize the CPQ platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
Integrate CPQ with external systems (ERP, billing, inventory) via REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop custom automation:



Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and flows.
Optimize performance, ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
Gather and translate complex requirements from business teams into technical solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation: process flows, design specs, and coding standards.
Assess the current implementation landscape, provide thoughts and implement various performance improvement measures.

Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of the telecommunications or communications service provider (CSP) industry.
15+ years of Salesforce development/architect experience, with solid focus on CPQ in Vlocity Managed Package or Communications Cloud on Core and Revenue Cloud
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura components, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, and CPQ pricing engine.
