Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in Blue Yonder ESP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents.
Configure, customize, and optimize ESP modules (e.g., Demand, Fulfillment, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning).
Integrate Blue Yonder ESP with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Work with business stakeholders to identify improvement prospects and drive planning efficiency.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective resolutions.
Support user training, UAT, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Business, and Product Owners.
