Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute daily quality activities to ensure high standards.
Plan and manage quality activities for New Product Development (NPD).
Develop and implement inspection plans and handle FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) activities.
Hands on experience on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), GD& T knowledge & technical communications with customers.
Have knowledge about Statistical process control, Calibration , Testing NABL labs & Measurement system analysis to manage over daily shop floor inspections
Have system knowledge about AS9100, internal and external audits & NADCAP audits
Prepare and oversee budgets for quality-related activities, manage costs related to rejection /rework reduction through in built process quality & manage current instrument procurement.
After Sales support, warranty claims,



repairs and add value to the products

Preferred candidate profile
The candidate should have products background ( mostly functional products related to IC engines and Turbomachinery ). Understanding the Product development and product life cycle ( including MRO ), Materials, Testing and failures investigations.
Person should be good in reading drgs, understanding stackup and Application integration.
Need to be bold and have robust communication in negotiating with Suppliers, Customer and Internal stakeholders.
hould be ready for frequent travels.
Should have robust and swift decision making capability.
