Centre Manager for C.A.T.S. Preschool.

We're looking for someone with prior experience in the school/preschool industry who can join at the earliest (preferably within a month).

Key responsibilities: Day-to-day operations, admissions, marketing, school growth, staff/teacher and resource management, and basic financial oversight.

Working days: Monday to Friday, and the 1st & 3rd Saturdays.

Timings: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool, school, or educational institution (Centre Manager, Academic Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role).
Robust understanding of school administration and day-to-day operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in admissions, parent counselling, and relationship management.
Proven ability to contribute to school growth through marketing and community outreach.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage teachers, support staff, and vendors.
Valuable organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Basic financial knowledge,



including budgeting, fee collection, and expense tracking.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and school management software.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure effectively.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within one month will be preferred.
