Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
13 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
Preferably from IT Infrastructure, Structured cabling, System Integration, ELV, AV, ICT, Data Centre, Networking industries or similar industries
Robust understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and LinkedIn Recruiter. 6. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a quick-paced setting.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
