Borderless is seeking a Senior Wealth Manager / Private Banker - HNI UHNI Client Acquisition (AUM Origination) for a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This is a front-office, revenue-generating role focused on bringing fresh assets under management (AUM) onto the platform, ideally suited for professionals currently working in private banking, wealth management, multi-family offices, or investment advisory platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing current client relationships, building a strong investor network, and onboarding high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to the Borderless platform. Candidates with an existing HNI client network are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and onboard new clients and fresh AUM to the Borderless platform
Build and maintain relationships with existing HNIs, UHNIs, founders, entrepreneurs, global professionals, and NRIs
Develop and grow a personal pipeline of prospective investors through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
Present Borderless's global banking and investment platform to prospective clients
Convert prospects into long-term clients and grow their engagement with the platform
Build and manage a scalable book of client assets while maintaining robust client relationships and retention
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships across global banking, investments, and cross-border financial solutions
What Success Looks Like
Build a book of INR 50-200 crore of client assets over time
Consistently originate new HNI / UHNI client relationships
Establish Borderless as a trusted platform for global investing among your network
Drive meaningful inflows onto the platform through referrals and strategic introductions
