NOC Admin (Network Operations Center Administrator)

Positions: 1 | Experience: 3–6 years

Role Summary:
We are looking for a NOC Admin to monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure, ensuring high uptime and performance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network/server infrastructure using NMS tools (uptime, latency, performance)
Configure and maintain NMS dashboards, alert thresholds, and custom monitors
Perform fault detection, escalation, and resolution
Troubleshoot connectivity, bandwidth, and configuration issues across sites
Coordinate with MTNL, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and performance reports
Implement and validate network changes during maintenance windows
Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Collaborate with SOC and security teams on network-related security events

Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) / BCA / B.Sc. (CS/IT) or equivalent
OEM Certification on NOC solution (Tier One – DCM/NMS)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
