Countronics (est. 1978, ISO 9001:2015) is a Ghaziabad-based manufacturer of products for industrial automation — pH/conductivity/humidity controllers, data loggers, temperature scanners, ampere hour meters, and timers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inquiry & Lead Management
Monitor and respond to inquiries received via email, TradeIndia, and IndiaMART
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for inquiry follow-ups
Maintain a systematic follow-up tracker/log so no inquiry is missed, with transparent status updates (quoted, negotiating, closed, lost)

Quotations & Documentation
Prepare and send price quotations as per company format
Generate proforma invoices for confirmed orders using the standard company template
Maintain organized records of all quotations, proforma invoices, and customer correspondence for easy retrieval

Digital Marketing & Content
Manage and update company social media accounts (LinkedIn, etc.) with regular posts




Write and publish blog posts/articles on the company website
Coordinate with management on content calendar and marketing initiatives

General Office Coordination
Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
Coordinate between sales inquiries and internal teams (production, dispatch) as needed
Any other sales-support and marketing-support tasks as assigned

Required Skills:
Positive written and spoken English communication
Comfortable with email, MS Excel/Word, and basic web tools
Prior experience with B2B portals (IndiaMART/TradeIndia) preferred
Familiarity with social media posting (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Basic understanding of blog writing/content publishing (WordPress experience a plus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with follow-up-heavy work
