About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Expert with 2+ years of experience generating quality leads for both domestic and international markets. Youll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building outreach strategies, and creating a robust sales pipeline for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
Identify and research potential clients in domestic and international markets (US, UK, Australia, Middle East, etc.)




Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other B2B portals
Run and manage email marketing/outreach campaigns for lead generation
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (BANT / ICP) before passing to the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect information
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align lead-gen strategies with business goals
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics (response rate, conversion rate, pipeline value)
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
Required Skills Qualifications
2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (domestic international)
Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach
