Job Description: Recruitment Team Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a agile and experienced Recruitment Team Lead with a proven track record of 6+ years in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role requires robust leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Recruitment Strategy
Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.

Talent Acquisition
Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.




Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.

Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement
Implement best practices in recruitment operations and technology.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
Continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Robust knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
