Job Title: Head AGM- Human Resources

Job Summary

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the overall HR function by developing and implementing people strategies that align with the organization& business objectives. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & advantages, learning & development, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development while fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and business goals.
Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Build a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.




Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.

Employee Relations
Foster a positive employee relations setting by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
Promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management
Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Support managers in performance coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
Drive performance improvement initiatives across the organization.

Compensation & Advantages
Develop and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with business objectives.
