Job Overview
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to manage showroom sales and assist customers visiting our showroom. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and helping them choose the right marble or stone products.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills,
a customer-first approach, and strong learning ability.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable marble, granite, or other stone products.
Show product samples and slabs and explain their features and applications.
Handle existing customers and maintain solid relationships with them.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, and order processing.
Follow up with customers for inquiries and sales closure.
Maintain proper showroom display and product presentation.
Provide skilled guidance to customers to help them make the right purchase decision.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
